Fast Lane Club Terms and Conditions

  1. Membership privileges are only available on the presentation of a valid membership card together with photographic identification and proof of entitlement to any concession benefits.
  2. Your membership card is non transferable. Only the named person/s listed on your membership card may use it. Failure to present your membership card on request could result in the payment of full admission.
  3. The Depot Fast Lane Club membership is non refundable.
  4. The term of Fast Lane Club membership is a calendar year. If you join during a calendar year your Memberships fee will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis subject to a minimum of the standard admission fee.
  5. Fast Lane Club Memberships must be renewed by 31 January in any calendar year to remain current.
  6. Reproduction of a Fast Lane Club membership card in any form is strictly prohibited.
  7. Unauthorized or unlawful resale or attempted resale of any membership card or benefit is grounds for seizure and cancellation of the membership card without compensation.
  8. Membership privileges are available only on individual or family visits and do not apply to group visits such as school excursions.
  9. Prices are valid as at 25 February 2020.
  10. The Depot may terminate your membership if you: fail to comply with these terms and conditions; abuse any privilege afforded to you under the Membership program; or misuse your membership card or breach the conditions of entry of The Depot.
  11. The Depot collects and manages your personal information in a professional and responsible manner & in accordance with the principles of privacy law. The information provided by you will only be used for The Depot purposes, such as the administration of your membership, the provision of The Depot goods and services, planning research and marketing of the Membership program. The Depot will not disclose, sell, distribute, share or otherwise pass on your personal information to any third party. You may choose not to provide your personal details upon joining, however, if you do not provide your personal details we will not be able to administer your membership or provide you with some or all membership benefits.
  12. The primary membership cardholder(s) is/are responsible for ensuring the details of their Fast Lane Club membership are correct at all times.
  13. The Depot reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions of membership benefits at any time without prior notice.
  14. Online promotional codes and referred membership numbers are applied at the time of membership processing.
